Evidence-based nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and behavioral strategies — the foundation of lasting results. Personalized to your unique needs, goals, and medical history, this step also addresses the behaviors behind your habits and helps minimize muscle loss during weight loss.

Advanced Medication When Appropriate

When it's right for you, options like GLP-1 receptor agonists and other proven therapies to support your progress. Dr. Dahan helps determine the right option for you and assists with accessing these medications.
