Dr. Dahan is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in insurance plans.

Initial Visit
Your initial visit is a comprehensive evaluation lasting 90 to 120 minutes.

Follow-Up Visits
Further visits are approximately 40 minutes.

Superbill for Reimbursement
Upon request, patients will receive an itemized statement (superbill) that may be submitted to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan.

Discussing Fees
Consultation fees, follow-up visit fees, and package options will be reviewed during your initial telephone consultation.
